Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
